The staff at this hotel treated us like family, making our stay truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is absolutely brilliant and fairly clean. The staff is very courteous and extremely friendly, providing great service. It has a good and incredible location near Kozhikode/Calicut, close to markets, beach, and sightseeing spots.

The highlight of our stay was the fantastic pool, which was the perfect size and offered a great place to relax. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to choose from. Our room had everything we needed and the room staff were always attentive and friendly. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

One minor drawback we noticed was that the rooms and interior could use some updating. They had the same look as when we stayed here many years ago, and a little modernization would be great.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Calicut. the location was absolutely perfect. Situated in the main area, it was within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Secondly, the staff was so friendly and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. And finally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the free wifi that actually worked and the stunning view from my window. All of this made my stay here truly enjoyable.

Had a great Easter weekend at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival and a delicious Easter brunch. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and local shops. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we loved spending our afternoons lounging by the pool.

The decor of the hotel is a bit outdated and could use a refresh. The rooms were a bit cramped and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
